Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery

The wrong product has been delivered

The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused

The product must be in its original packaging

All tags, labels, and seals must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used Beauty & Personal Care products

Cosmetics, creams, serums, oils, and hygiene products

Clearance sale or heavily discounted items

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

A replacement will be provided, subject to product availability

If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and approved

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side

How to Raise a Return Request

You can raise a return request using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Through Website

Go to My Orders

Select the order and click on Raise Return Request

Upload required images/videos showing the issue

Option 2: Through Email

Email us at hopeatecom@gmail.com

Subject line: Return Request – Order ID

Please include:

Order ID

Clear photos or video of the product issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Important Information

Return requests without proper proof may be rejected

False or misleading claims can lead to rejection of the return

Uttarmart reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice

All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Uttarmart
