At Uttarmart, we offer secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience for our customers.

We currently accept the following payment options:

Net Banking

Cash on Delivery (COD) (subject to availability and location)

Available payment methods may vary based on your location and order value.

All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways

Uttarmart does not store your card details or sensitive payment information

Your payment data is protected in accordance with applicable security standards

COD is available on select products and locations

Additional COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout

Uttarmart reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain orders to prevent misuse

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will usually be auto-refunded by the bank within 3–7 working days

If a payment fails, you may retry using the same or a different payment method

Orders with pending or failed payments will not be processed or shipped

Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

All prices listed on Uttarmart are in Indian Rupees (INR)

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise

Final payable amount will be shown at checkout before payment
